You'll find if you start posting around the site you will get noticed by people, so it's probably not necessary to speak to them yet. Just make sure you don't post rubbish and you'll be fine

I can't give you a list of all the managers since I don't know them all, but if you follow this link you will be able to click on each team and find who their recruiting people are - then you can chase them up from there if you wish.

Your player improves from you being active in the forums, posting and being online etc. We won't be starting season 12 for a little while, so there's time to find a club that is right for you and fit in there first. If I was you I would wait to see how many contract offers you get, talk to some of the people from the clubs etc. so you can find out what they're like
