    lolol

Kite was useless whilst he was at St.George.

Young and Fien was a toss up.

    What about Matty?

  4. Spinksy N Spinks

At a glance, I'd say this is a very good side.

Which Thornett do you mean? Dick or Ken Thornett? Other players you could add are Neville Glover, Dean Pay and Peter Wynn. Probably more better players though.

Prince or me could do it on the same sim, since we both have it. (We won't though, obv).

Struggled to think of any other wingers who've played more than 10 games for us tbh, don't recall hearing about any old players from the 80s or anything that were gun either.

But Gordon >>>>>>>>>>>>> Rooney. Rooney only got praise due to the GF double he scored.... both were completely setup by Priddis and all Rooney had to do was catch run and put the ball down.

    For Parramatta mine would be;

    1. Ken Thornett
    2. Eric Grothe Snr.
    3. Mick Cronin
    4. Steve Ella
    5. Jarryd Hayne
    6. Brett Kenny
    7. Peter Sterling
    8. Bob O'Reilly
    9. Steve Egde
    10. Dean Pay
    11. Nathan Hindmarsh
    12. Dick Thornett
    13. Ray Price

    14. Neville Glover

  8. Andato BJT Manera

    Presto was pretty solid.

  9. Flack SA Flack

If that was a reply to my post, he played wing on his debut and that was about it for us :p

  10. Andato BJT Manera

Haha I didn't mean to place him on the wing. He would be handy on the bench.

  11. Freddy MJ Johns

Fittler should be at centre in that team.

  12. Frizzed WC Welker

    Obviously some players missed out.

I was really tempted to include Rauhihi on the bench due to my love for him.

Other notable exclusions were Paul Marquet, Darren Albert, Michael Hagan etc etc.

  13. Ged GEC King

There have been some woeful teams named.
    Brisbane's imo:
    1. Lockyer
    2. Hancock
    3. Hodges
    4. Renouf
    5. Sailor
    6. Kevin Walters
    7. Langer
    8. Webke
    9. Kerrod Walters
    10. Lazurus
    11. Tallis
    12. Thorn
    13. Carroll
    14. Civonaceva
    15. Myles
    16. Berrigan
    17. D Smith

I decided to pick a team of the best players for Brisbane. Wally's two years don't get him a gig over Walters afaic.

  14. Wilson SB Wilson

    1. David Peachey
    2. Andrew Ettinghausen
    3. Steve Rogers
    4. Mark McGaw
    5. Mat Rogers
    6. Tommy Bishop
    7. Brett Kimmorley
    8. Jason Stevens
    9. Isaac De Gois
    10. Martin Lang
    11. Gavin Miller
    12. Paul Gallen
    13. Greg Bird

    14. Tawera Nikau
    15. Luke Douglas
    16. Chris McKenna
    17. Preston Campbell

Funniest thing about the Sharks side is, it would barely make the top 8 in the current comp.

  16. Wilson SB Wilson

LOL, If that team was to go against the current teams it would rape. Obviously too young to realise.

  17. Alec AD Funkotron

    Agree with that side.

Darren Smith is the perfect bench player. I remember when as a 200 year old he came out of retirement for a bit to help us out in 2004 or 2005, he was pretty much almost the best player in the side.

  18. Ged GEC King

Darren Smith circa 98 was awesome for us in the centres.

  19. Speirz DG Speirs

Reckon Matt Johns was better than Mullen is. Would have Muir in the second row with Peden on the bench as well.

  20. Flack SA Flack

Lewis should be at centre too, really, but I wanted those two centres + Fitler and Lewis in the team.
