Dunno if this is the right place to post it, but anyone watch The Challenge Cup final? A Bath sin bin and 2 Northampton tries in the last 10 mins give them a 30-16 win At least 3 slow starts in a row now for Saints... if they do that against Saracens next week they could be battered
Willing to bet Ashton and Borthwick aren't amongst those graduates on the staff, tbh. Any team with Brendan Venter, MD as its director of rugby is stained with evil. 'Mon Jimmys. Good win for Wasps over in Paris, meanwhile. French teams always a more formidable proposition when defending home turf. I know the ship has sailed internationally speaking, but (yet) another try for Varndell. Just keeps churning them out. Never a footballer, but heck of a physical specimen.
I sit in the right-hand side of the Alliance & Leicester stand at Welford Road, i.e. dead in front of the try line on the left wing. Tigers would always be attacking towards us in the second half. For about four years I never saw a game where Varndell didn't score in that spot. Unfortunately
Gotta walk before you can run though. And by 'walk' I mean shove your shoulder into someone's face harder than they can do it to you
Yeah and I'd normally say a prop's first job is to secure/win ball (& penalties) in the scrum. But he's a good impact sub imo
Just hope Lanky doesn't panic and call up Corbs; rather the big fella had the summer off with his medical history.
Farrell's a fucking idiot. Knows he's carrying an injury, then celebrated by booting the ball into touch and tweaks his calf again. the worst thing is the try was then overruled!! WAC
I really like Northampton so pretty happy for them. Got to feel for Saracens though. To win nothing off the back of this season must be so frustrating. This is why I don't like finals. Your whole season essentially rests on the result of one match
