Or my parents, conveniently having to go to a dinner when my brother had work just after I got my license.
I blame your parents for fucking after already having Mousey. Then again i don't blame them for trying to get something better.
Fucking Ticketek. I sit in line til like 9:08 get through and then I have some session expiry time, something like 8 minutes, easy right? Apparently not. The session time starts before I've ever selected a fucking concert. I get into Radiohead and try Friday floor, U/A, try seating U/A, try again, get through. By this stage 3-4 mins are gone just selecting tickets because the pages load 100000x slower than normal. Still with 4-5 mins left I'm crusing. Get through to sign up, throw Diggler's deets in and submit. Easy enough, until his email is used, I use mine. 1-2 mins left, easy. The confirmation page takes about 20x longer than the others to load, but I can't refresh or anything for fear of losing my tickets. Get through, throw in the credit card details, going smooth, check the boxes for T&C and get through to the final confirmation screen, 10ish seconds left. Scan through as quick as possible to make sure the T&C are still checked (they weren't) and then confirm. ERROR - Didn't choose ticket insurance. WTF is that? I ticked the shit out of every fucking box there (and none of them were multiple choice thingos). Session timed out Returns me to the fucking queue on the main page. I WANT TO KILL THESE CUNTS
Well Diggler was but he didn't tell me >_> But yeah, I didn't even know you had to be one. I've never actually bought tickets online Still in the queue, time to give up.
Tickets already up on eBay and these cubts are selling for over 500. I want to punch their mums in the cunt!
Can't wait for Bon Iver looking back a few pages, City and Colour would be immense as well but I'll already be away when they're here
That's as maybe. However, the nature of retro cool now means that things that were uncool at the time often become retro cool. Like Flock of Seagulls.
Very good point I always preferred McGlashan's earlier bands, Blam Blam Blam and The Front Lawn myself but should be a decent concert. Enjoy.
