Eddie said yesterday, that the match is like a grand final for the tigers, biggest match for them in decades. Then finished it off with saying its just round 4 for the pies.
There's still less pressure on us imo. Collingwood should be the favourites. The betting for the macth has truly surprised me.
You guys have been a lot more consistent than us. We beat North Melbourne and Carlton by playing one good qtr of footy in each of the games and then laid down against Hawthorn. Add our injuries to the mix and Richmond playing really good footy it's no surprise that you're favourites. Will be a very good game I reckon
Current Sportsbet odd: Rich: $1.87 Coll: $1.97 Will be worth getting on the Pies if we drift to $2.10
Great win on Saturday. The pressure we applied reminded me of 2010 which is when we were at our best. Cloke is a beast and not many defenders will be able to stop him if he's clunking them like he did the other day. Swan was a star as always and Sidebottom bounced back after a very disappoining game against the Hawks. Only downside is the possible injury to Brown who may struggle to get up for ANZAC Day. Bring on Thursday!!
You'd think so, that 3rd qtr of his was amazing! Hurley and Fletcher both confirmed outs for Thursday which is handy for us
Could tell Cloke was in form when he's taking leading marks in the centre square and the boundary line in the first or second.
Still not sure why Rance was playing on him. We recruited Chaplin to play on the big full forwards because that's what Rance has always struggled with.
Ah fair enough, was at the game but it seemed like Rance was on Cloke most of the day. Didn't Chaplin get knocked out late in the game though?
Rance was on him all day and was moved off him mid way through the 3rd when Chaplin took over. Chaplin then got knocked out late in the 3rd so Rance spent the rest of the game on him. So yep, Rance was on him nearly all day but Chaplin would've finished the game on him if Knights didn't knock him out.
