The only remotely difficult battle is the one you have to win before the boss blows up to get the running shoes or whatever.

About halfway through the disk I think. It gets awesome until the sidequests open up, and then you have to do the shitty confusing final dungeon.

Yeah, and the thing is, the scenes are just poorly made early on.

True, disk 2 isn't so bad after the first 3 or 4 hours.

That's not emulation (I think).
I play them on my computer (using an emulator). But a modchipped PS2 should be able to run burnt PS2 games.

Aparantly its one of the top something games of ALLLLLL TIME...maybe i should of figured that out by now the amount of times youve said its one of the best games , im sure il be able to get an emulator version somewhere

It's really shitty IMO. The story is lolz, the music is worse than AIDS and the gameplay, supposedly the best part of it, was boring for me as well. It was basically, just mash X, and you win. Also everything happens way too fast, yet the battles can still take forever. I wouldn't recommend it, but there are others who do like it I guess.
