Right - apologies guys for taking so long over posting, but I have some interesting information which I needed to take stock of, which has pretty much involved reading the whole thread again to make sense of it. Plus, with being in a coma for the whole of the last day, I wasn't sure if I was making it out of it

As as side note, nice to see I was correct about Furball. I called that pretty early on in the game. In fact, I think I called Furball and TKP as third parties of some sort early on.

Now, what is interesting is that the night before last I found out that Mousey has supposedly been converted. Though I don't know whether he's been converted by Furball into some kind of 3rd party thrall or into mafia.

If you want to know what my abilities are, then each night I get the opportunity to visit someone and find out whether they've "been converted".

The people I've visited each night are:

n0 - Ch00ie (not roleblocked, not converted)
n1 - Athlai (roleblocked)
n2 - TKP (not roleblocked, not converted)
n3 - Starris (roleblocked)
n4 - Vimes (not roleblocked, not converted)
n5 - Furball (not roleblocked, not converted)
n6 - Mousey (not roleblocked, converted)
n7 - Stupersteve (roleblocked)

Now, if Furball was a standard "cultist" then if he had visited Mousey to convert him, then I'd expect Mousey to have died along with him. However, the fact that no one has died makes it more likely that Mousey is mafia, but I admit there's still a chance that he's a cultish thrall. Not quite sure how many mafia there are likely to be, so not sure if we can afford a mislynch here so we have to be careful.

The other thing that makes me pretty convinced Mousey is up to something is that, if you remember, early on Mousey claimed some kind of "cop" role which apparently found that Boob was guilty - which he wasn't. And what have we heard since then for him? Supposedly that he got another guilty on n2 which made him think he was paranoid and then barely a peep from him - apart from really generic stuff.

If I was a betting man, I'd think he's been turned by Furball - probably around n6/n7 (maybe earlier) - and that if we don't kill him, he turns into another Ultron. Ultron mk2, perhaps and we're boned if we leave him alive. Seriously, look up Ultron - the character keeps coming back each time he dies, so I reckon we need to kill the player that Furball has visited, otherwise he'll be more powerful each time.

If he's not that, he's gotta be mafia. Which also wouldn't be out of the realms of possibility - Banner's cop reports are all useless, supposedly. Pretty convenient if you're a converted-to-maf townie.

Lynch Mousey

 

Which makes him even more suspicious IMO. He's apparently been copping people all the way through, but hasn't said anything since d2 about it? Very suspicious.
