For the record, the reason I don't just give it to someone else is because: 1) It's not user friendly at all, you need to know exactly what you're doing 2) It's not 100% stable, in the sense that if you make a tiny fuck up it won't tell you why it fucked up 3) It is also a constant evolution of code and data, which very few people on here could handle. I can only think of one and that's Cribb, and even he might have trouble as I'm not sure how good he is with C++ these days. Edit: Clank actually could handle it better than me if anything, but is also just as busy, and would have little interest in it
ah well, that's disappointing. Reading back through the threads it sounds like the sim was pretty comprehensive when it worked, which sounds neat. I've seen a few ice hockey sims over on HFboards where I'm pretty certain it is just a random number generator that spits out goals.
It's code name is actually IHS for Ice Hockey Simple, I had plans for better, including a 2d top-view one, where people could view the match, rather than just see stats or me writing basic commentary.
