    Shit Legend is ridiculous. No doubt I'll get used to it but there are some key changes that make it so, so, so difficult

    - 1/10-20 fends actually succeed
    - 1/4-5 passes are intercepted
    - you cannot even slightly do anything wrong (i.e. hold them in the tackle for more than 0.5 seconds) without being penalised. Ref is at least 5-6 times harder
    - CPU do not miss attempts at goal. Ennis is about 30/30 against me across all games.
    - Speed is fucked. I was about to score a try (5th minute, no fatigue etc.) but got intercepted by Kasiano of all people. He managed to go on a 100 yard solo run with Inglis and Reynolds on his tail, 1-2 metres behind. He burnt them and got the try with about 10 to spare :lol:!

    AWTA. I can tell it's the secret to success on Legend but it's just not worth using. Kasiano just did it again. So frustrating - 5 games on Legend, lost all by 1 try and all ~10-12 of the CPU's tries have come from intercepts then a full field run. I actually have to grind for my tries gah.

    Ennis has been nailing them into the stands from the sideline 40 out tbh. get used to it.

    they never miss either, it's as if there's a goalkicking benchmark and anyone above it (~70) always nails everything and everyone below it goes at ~75%.

    The front rowers being able to kick 50 metres to a target is frustrating too but it's still a good game IMO - especially from a low budget outfit.

    Has anyone managed to get a proper clearing kick in earlier than the fifth tackle yet? The whole "set up for punt kick" thing only seems to set it up for the last, so if I want to kick early I have to do it from the line and it just doesn't work.

    I can do it of the kick return :p

    You can also kick from dummy half. I have not really tried to kick on the fourth.

    Both 40/20s I've kicked have been before the 5th tackle. I'd put that down to good reflexes and a hint of luck though. Have put a couple out on the full trying the same thing.

    Versing the dogs, Ennis goes for a 40/20.
    Goes out at the 30m line, after a few bounces.
    Gus says "he's kicked it out on the full!"
    Dogs get scrum feed 30m out from my line...

    Has anyone pulled off a strip yet? I've had it happen to me, but fucked if I know how to do it back... I tap the fuck out of circle sometimes, hold it others, but never pulled it off.
