The games we win as managers are irrelevant to the parent clubs because the form of their players is what matters for them. I might reassess and just play 2 of my picks and hopefully not lose to many.
While you can help their players gain form, remember playing in shit teams could lead to them losing form too. Besides some of the players won't make the first teams in case of injuries ,the gap is so wide. The goal should be to play the best side.
I considered the form players get from being in a winning team. I am not sure if that is the case in the sim though.
Cevno, your teams exist for us, not the other way around. You're a good bloke but if I was your feeder club and you played eight of your own players game after game I'd fire you.
You can't fire though. Besides i would play the best players ,no matter who they are. It could have been done yourself ,without getting others involved. While it is a second division,it is a competition afterall and there is no point if everyone does not want to win. Btw,i think you are overrating the fact that whether your reserves get to play here or not and how much it matters in the first division.
