The first few balls simply exploded when his foot impacted against them due to his awesomeness. When they finally found a ball strong enough, it went so high it took a few minutes to come down through the posts.
In future, the games will be longer, but because this is only a testimonial, I have done a shortened game.
40 mins: JRE Luffman makes a nice kick off which is a long one. 42 mins: The kick is gathered by Fung. 43 mins: He makes lots of ground with a very good run. 45 mins: The Hurricanes ruck over well with a solid platform laid by Gemmell.
46 mins: Golding offloads it to Wilkinson on the pick and go. 47 mins: He makes plenty of ground and is eventually taken down after a 10 metre gain. 49 mins: Tyson receives the ball after a lovely pass from Weaver... 50 mins: LINEBREAK FOR TYSON!!! HE HAS BROKEN PAST ORR AND IS LOOKING ALL SET TO SCORE.
52 mins: BLUNDER CANNOT CATCH HIM AND TYSON HAS PUT THAT DOWN IN THE CORNER. LOVELY STUFF! 56 mins: Wilkinson misses the conversion by a country mile but still has a small on his face. 58 mins: Luffman takes his third kick off of the match as the score is now 12-0 to the Hurricanes. 60 mins: Weaver claims the kick after a short one into the middle. He runs it back over to the forwards side, so he has support.
I think I prefer the other way of doing it. A nice idea, but I think having the old updates in 10 minute periods would be best.
63 mins: His forwards, and particularly Torres, are rucking very well and Golding has the ball on a plate. 64 mins: Ames runs a backs move with his backs, and it works well with Herd receiving the ball on the wing. 66 mins: HERD HAS MADE AMAZING GROUND HERE! HE HAS BROKEN THROUGH WILSON AND ONLY HAS BLUNDER TO BEAT... 67 mins: Brilliant tackle by Blunder. It is also a turnover to the Spartans after brilliant rucking from Deane.
