Seasonal Rugby Cup Round 4: Spartans vs Vikings

Blunder actually got off with it due to Hunter being so ugly. He claimed he was trying to fix his face. The ref took one look at Hunter and thanked Blunder for his efforts.

A Shreyas has come on for DA Eggman for the Spartans and the Spartan fans don't really like that move. But never the less, Retzel makes the lineout throw and JU Rocker claims it at the back of the lineout. Manera is there in support and rucks very well. Armstrong take the pick ando go before Perry gets rid of the ball. Nice fluent rugby from the Vikings. S Cambridge has the ball now, and he makes good ground. Manera takes a quick pick and go..HE IS THROUGH. HE WENT DOWN THE BLINDSIDE AND THE FULL BACK CAN'T GET TO HIM! AD Hunt cannot quite get the kick, and the score is 14-5 to the Spartans. Luffman takes his time as the Spartans walk back, and he is waiting for the ref to call last play. A Kolar comes on for MJA Johns and Robinson comes on for Erschoff in a last ditch attempt to win this by the Vikings. The ref has now called last play and Luffman has simply kicked the ball straight out of the stadium. Not the best sportsmanship, but he made sure his team won. The final score is 14-5 to the Spartans and the Man of the Match Award goes to MP Chung for brilliant work.

 

Go Spartans! Good win lads. I would have been fairly disappointed if we had lost to them.
