This cup has been a huge step forward for the tier 2 teams. I feel the AB's just aren't going all out in this game. There is no real incentive to do anything more than you need to.

All Blacks clearly missing Dane Coles.

Its a shame those last two tries had to be scored.

Would have been nice to see namibia keep it below 50

There's been a definite improvement in the 2nd tier. Romania were solid yesterday, Georgia are a tough to beat team, obviously Japan's win over RSA. Namibia are the weakest team on paper, but you're not getting those silly cricket scores any more. The tier 2 teams aren't just there to make up the numbers these days.

Yeah they didn't fade like I would have picked.

    If anything they were better.

There defense from what I saw was very quick.

Yeah exactly. I said it before the cup that gone are the days of 100-0 score lines. It can be in part 2nd string teams are playing but even so. Tier 2 teams are only getting better - which is logical and I feel people are quite naive to believe this.

Regarding the game. Pretty shit display. Wouldn't want to have forked $250 to be there. Terrible 2nd half. Probably more standing around than actual rugby.

Most disappointing player for me was Fekitoa. Just seemed so ineffective and ran when he should have passed. Besides his try, nothing special from him. Nehe had a much better game and showed his class. Julian still looking out of form but glad he scored 2 tries (bonus bets for me). Ben Smith was all class when he came on and showed why he's the best FB in the world too.

    I resent this statement.

This Arg vs Georgia game is gonna be interesting. You'd expect Arg to win obviously but if Georgia play like they did against Tonga it might not be as high scoring as some expect. Arg at -17 is tempting though.

Think if there's any team Georgia can't use their scrum as plan A against its Argentina.

Expect a dominant forwards based game from both sides imo.

Off the basis of this first 15 mins Argentina have more than enough up front to match Georgia and their pace out wide will probably be enough to win them the game in the latter stages. Georgia coming back quite strong last 5 mins though. Carn Georgia

Argentina's midfield has looked surprisingly good throughout, including the warm up I saw. Willing to throw the ball around

Poor discipline from Argentina letting the Georgians back in it. Really unnecessary offside there.

Loved that Georgian attack at the end there. Feel like the ref has missed alot of knock ons though

This ref is shit. I mean at least he's consistent though....i.e missing heaps and penalising the softest shit.

Is Ihmoff the best winger in the world at the moment?

Eugh, just like Japan vs Scotland Georgia just not got the legs here, and with a man down this isn't pretty.

  18. Rego RS Hutchinson

    Nah. Wouldn't say that.

This game is getting messy now. Really impressed by Sanchez tonight.

  19. Roaddogg AJ Izett

Wow. That sin binning pretty much destroyed georgia in the end

Cheers Argentina. Won me $226 with a multi still in play :)

Well blow out in the end but my God, poor effort from the ref.
