I'd imagine no one will pick the qualifiers up, wish they would, I'd love to see the them.

Hopefully PNG will be at a stage where they are fairly competitive, Reckon Petero might pull on a Fijian jersey if he's allowed too.

Yeah, I'm pretty sure no one will show them which is a shame.

Did anyone show that Pacific cup?

Actually, did the pacific cup even exist or am I making it up? There really needs to be a bigger effort made when it comes to broadcasting international rugby league.

Italy shouldn't have to qualify with a side like that.

Want to see Jamaica play, just to see how fast they're wingers are. Obviously the best team to go through to the World Cup though in terms of international development is the USA.

Canada recently beat the USA Tomahawks 18-16 btw. They're only just starting to set up a proper national competition and the like in Canada though iirc.

That Italy side is full of random guns. :p Could pull out a shock or two in the World Cup if they dropped Minichiello.

I think the way it's done now is the Pacific Cup and the European Cup alternate every year. There was the Pacific Cup in 2009 with the winner gaining admission into the Four Nations alongside Australia, NZ and England. PNG won it. In 2010 they held the European Cup to determine who would be the next team to replace the lowest ranked Four Nations team (PNG) and Wales won so that's why they're in the Four Nations this year. There is another Pacific Cup at the end of this year (unsure on actual date) to determine the next team to enter into the Four Nations.
