Round 26

And here I was thinking Pearce did the most dangerous dog things.

Pushing and fighting around injured players is definitely frought with danger. I'm not even sure why Max King felt the need to push Matterson who wasn't even involved in the tackle.

I mean that has been your stance in the past right, the instigator is the first one who should be penalised. For consistency and honesty's sake of course..

He didn't push Matterson. He pushed Tetevano, the tackler. How many breezers you had, bro?

My position which isn't relevant here btw, relates to players throwing punches. If I throw a punch at your head you should have the right to defend yourself. What actually happens is you respond with a punch and we both get binned. That's absurd but as I said that's not relevant here because no one threw punches.

King pushed a tackler, which he shouldn't have. Fuck all in it but you don't do it cause it escalates. Matterson, who I don't mind proportionately retaliating, pushed a bloke onto a concussed player. That is immeasurably worse and extremely dangerous. If it had been the other way round, your mob would've been calling for the bin. Cummins didn't even talk to him.

Looks like the Cows are going out the back door. That's a shame. They actually do deserve to play finals this year.

On the other hand, if the Dragons lose Manly will play Penrith two weeks in a row.

  5. Paddy P Orr

Sucks that we are on 30 points with more wins than losses and still can miss the finals.

  6. Maroon_Faithful M Faithful

They've just done it so fucking hard with injuries this year. To finish where they do without JT, Scott let alone all the other injuries, is amazing.

dunno why they named connor watson and radley on the bench, they clearly lacked an extra forward during the middle of the game

  8. Paddy P Orr

Gives me a lot of hope for 2018. Show the ticker they have but with a full strength side and they should be a force.

  9. Maroon_Faithful M Faithful

It will have done a lot of good for some of the younger guys filling the breach. The Cows will be a force next year. No doubt, imo.

Well Cowboys are in. Sharks will beat us but wouldn't mind it going down to the wire.

I'm just glad they're there. Whatever happens from here is just good finals experience for the younger blokes.

As a Dragons fan you'd have to be livid with what they've dished up with a finals spot on the line.

Sharks should beat the Cows but I won't be counting chickens. They've been really wonky at times this year.

Fitting end to the Warriors season. Absolutely abysmal.

Did Tetevano seriously get a week for that tackle? lol he was facing 3-5 weeks. What the actual fuck?

  14. Magic AJ Parker

The fact that he got a week was a joke. Was a fucking cracking tackle.

Game is going soft cause of cunts like you MF you pillow.

    Harden up.

  15. Maroon_Faithful M Faithful

Yeah you've misunderstood. I was in disbelief that he actually got suspended at all. Partly my fault we're wording it poorly but you've read enough of my posts to know I've been complaining about the game going soft with shit like this for years.
