    If the battle started with just Scraggy vs full hp teams I think you guys would still have lost because Scraggy would 1HKO your first Pokemon anyway

    Yeah this is 100% true. Natu lv8 v Scraggy lv10 is a pointless battle. Tbf I would have actually picked different Pokemon if I was going up purely against a Scraggy.

    Haha the funny thing about that is that when I first saw which Pokemon the gym leader had I thought to myself "I should try to get Natu up against the non-Scraggy Pokemon", but cbf typing in movesets at the time so I did it later. Then when I finally got around to it, I fucked up my one actual tactical ploy by saving Natu for Scraggy :laugh:

    Luckily you let me change. Not that I won, but it gave me a much better chance.
