Was pretty impressed with Nathaniel Roche in the Nines. Looks a good prospect. Maybe he could pair up in the halves with Johnson instead of Robson. (One less Aussie journeyman in the team anyway)

Lolohea also looks much much fitter this season so expecting big things from him too.

 

My team for round 1 would be:

2. Lolohea
3. Hurrell
4. Kata
5. Vatuvei
6. Robson
7. Johnson
8. Lillyman
9. Luke
10. Matulino
11. Thompson
12. Hoffman
13. Mannering

Not sure about bench but maybe:

14. Roche
15. Vete
16. Lisone
17. Gubb
18. Lousi

 

Completely forgot about him tbh. Yeah maybe at 6 or on the bench

Not as bad as picking Lolohea on the wing and Kata in the centres.

 

Kata always plays in the centres and Lolohea can play anywhere

 

Johnson always plays at 7. Can't see that changing

 

Yeah even though he's played his whole career there as one of the best players in the world

 

In the most simplistic terms.

Kata is a good ball runner shit ball player.
Lolohea is a good ball runner, decent ball player.

I'm sure we've already had this discussion

 

I can't see Kata being anywhere near as effective on the wing tbh. I'm not even sure what position Lolohea is best suited for. Probably fullback but he have RTS. (Thanks again btw Roosters)
