Yes. Typical that I double-checked Mil's surname but not that I had the right Smith

  2. Starris ER Starris

    who is up?

  3. HeathDavisSpeed HT Davis

    Hurricane, I think.

  4. Starris ER Starris

Yeah had a look back he is.

Maybe we should all bold our picks.

  5. Hurricane JD Hurricane

will pick in the jiffy - sorry have been very busy lately.

  6. Hurricane JD Hurricane

I am lost here why is it not Heef's pick I have been waiting for him. Let me double check the first post again.

  7. Hurricane JD Hurricane

Ignore me - having a blond moment. Again will pick in a jiffy.

  8. Arheiner SIA Yates

It's round 3. Heef comes after you.

  9. Hurricane JD Hurricane

    I'll take Kelleher

  10. Starris ER Starris

I'd forgotten about him... blast from the past.

  11. HeathDavisSpeed HT Davis

Bugger. Was going to take Fitzy.

    Will take Andrew Hore.

Gives me Hore, Collins and Lomu so far.

    EDIT: Starris up.

Horey is one of the most underrated players of all time IMO. Miles better then Mealamu and is like having an extra flanker

  13. Hurricane JD Hurricane

Indeed - wish I had taken him now. His work around the ruck area is torrid.

  14. HeathDavisSpeed HT Davis

Yeah, I tend to agree - though Mealamu often had to do the hard early minutes and give Horey the 2nd half.

Fitzy still a whole tier above either, and no other hooker post-95 really worth comparison tbh.

  15. Hurricane JD Hurricane

Would prefer Hore to Fitz. All I remember the latter doing is
    a) having impeccable throws to the line outs every fucking time.
    b) hanging out on the wing looking to score a glory try instead of doing the hard yards up the middle.

I'd give a lot for impeccable line out throws, given neither Kev nor Horey have been any good at that. Line outs have definitely been a shortcoming of the ABs over the last 10+ years (though the mobility of the hookers has been vastly superior, more like an extra flanker)

  17. Jabba HJ Bots

Yeah agreed. Considering throwing a ball is a very practicable task it is quite absurd that we have had a mediocre lineout for years

  18. Starris ER Starris

    Jerome Kaino

  19. Jabba HJ Bots

    Tony Woodcock

  20. Howe JHF Howe

    Ma'a Nonu
