That's the first time that's ever happened though. Mourinho's teams will generally run through brick walls for him.

Would really love to see the Title next season come down to the last couple of games between 4 teams. Can see it happening.

If Arsenal do finish 4th this season and Wenger gets some serious cash to spend then it could be very interesting.

I think the battle for the premiership will come down to 6 teams next season, maybe not all being in the hunt at the very end but i'm confident it'll be one hell of an interesting season.

I don't see Liverpool pushing on.

It'll be interesting to see what we do in the TM. Still think us aiming for CL is a must for the club.

Why did I think you were a Chelsea fan?

Arsenal are 16/1 for next season's title. Which atm seems like very generous odds to me. Though of course come September 1st when we've not signed anyone it'll be painfully obvious why we're at 16/1.

Might be worth a cheeky £5.

Arsenal are supposed to have like a £120 mill spending kitty this summer. Would be interesting. It's one reason I don't want them getting CL football

For the amount of money he has spent, his squad is not too stunning.

I'd have said those odds seem too short. Should be about 25/1. It would take something really radical to turn Arsenal into a title-winning side. A shock signing of Ibrahimovic or something.

You straight up don't rate us though. We're an outside shot at finishing above Chelsea this year and nobody bats an eyelid at them at 11/4 or the fact City have been shit but are joint favourites.

We're not a million miles off Chelsea or Man City in 3rd and 2nd...16/1 to me means "probably won't win it, but if circumstances change, could definitely have a decent crack at it."

Which I think is fair enough prior to the summer window.

Yeah Chelsea haven't been better than Arsenal by much this season. But they do look likely to get Mourinho, who churns out titles in his sleep.

I don't think it's controversial to say that there's not much to choose between the North London sides this year. What price would you take on Spurs winning the league?

Longer than Arsenal, assuming that Arsenal finish at least 4th.

Not being a Champions League team will stop Spurs recruiting players of the required quality.

Spurs won't win the title for the same reason Chelsea and City didn't this year. No depth.

Its great having 11 awesome players but they can't play 38 games without some sort of rotation. It's one of the few things I think Rafa is good it

Well you can't assume Arsenal will finish fourth. That would defeat the purpose of odds.

But really recruitment isn't much of a solution for either of them. They're not going to spend their way past Chelsea, Citeh and United- it's very unlikely that anyone will choose Arsenal or Spurs over those clubs so the only players they can sign are the ones the top three didn't want.
