#LFC team v Spurs: Mignolet, Clyne, Skrtel, Sakho, Moreno, Can, Lucas, Milner, Lallana, Coutinho, Origi No Sturridge in the squad
@TheKopMagazine: Sturridge has a swollen knee after contact with Ibe in training. Klopp says it isn't serious #LFC
So watching the game as i type this (28th min). Just a couple things so far that i like (and hope it stays like this). The press on the Spurs backline is great, Cou putting in defensive effort, it reminds my of the Suarez's pressure. When Liverpool get the ball they are looking to send it forward and Klopp is urging them to do so. Good signs so far, hope it keeps up.
The Lallana hug looks alright in this, but on MOTD or SSN they showed it from a more front on view and Lallana did not look impressed.
Meh, decent performance, just lacking that killing touch Sakho is a boss. "Sakho, Sakho Sakho, Sakho"
Loved that every time he got the ball they were shouts of 'shoots' and in the last minute everyone changing Sakho Where were you located lad? We managed to get good seats in the Anfield road end. About 20 rows back, in the middle. Shame we had a few negative cunts around us complaining abou Origi and Can all game
Was in the Annie road end too, near the front, by the side though. I thought Can was alright. Obviously a goal helps but he didn't seem that bad generally, put in some good challenges. Origi was really static though, it's almost like he doesn't know what sort of runs a striker is supposed to make.
Origi movement was okay until he found himself in the box and like you've said, that's where he became static. He's raw and I think he will become a decent squad player for us this season Yeah, I'm with you that I though Can played well. Just the fans around me where giving him a bit of shit for their goal and then used that as a stick to beat him throughout the game. Twats
