According to rumours, returning back to Chelsea

    Thoughts?

Delighted to have him back in the Premiership

Will be surprised if it doesn't happen. Although I think it would mean he stands no chance of replacing Fergie. As I can't see Man U taking on the Chelsea manager.

I love Jose. Incredible manager and a great character. Chelsea should do everything they can to get him back, they have a good set of players and he could do something with them.

Would be worried about them as a threat next season, if he came back. They just need 3/4 good signings and they can be challenging for the title even next season.

An odd move given the circumstances of his departure.

If he comes back, which I'm sure he will, Falcao will be the first person he'll bring to the club according to sources.

Yeah, it'll be good to have him in the premiership.

Yeh the EPL needs it imo.

Need to have at least 3-4 teams who stand a chance of winning the title every year.

Let's see if he can deliver like last time and let's see if abramovic has finally learnt his lesson

Apparently a lot of papers in England are saying it's a done deal. No surprises though

It'll be interesting to see how he does after the first real failure of his career.

Would call a league title and a couple of cups a faliure

Beating Pep's Barca to the title takes it well out of the 'failure' category, IMO.

Not a successful tenure but It really wasn't a faluire tbh.

Would say just about average probably considering the competition and the squad makeup when he went there.

He's spent €165m (in addition to the €260m Real spent the summer before Mourinho arrived), with a remit to win Real's 10th Champions League title.

In 3 seasons, he's won 1 league title. That's the only meaningful trophy he's won at Real.

    That's a failure.

Excited to have him back if it does happen!

The team's lacked that 'spine' this season with Drogba gone and Terry and Lampard on the bench more often than not, and even then getting too old to really make as big an impact as they have in past seasons. It's really what's been pushing Chelsea along since his departure.

Hopefully he can inject a bit of what he has into Terry, Lampard, Drogba into some of the new guys and create a new spine.

I hope we don't buy Falcao though. Brilliant player, but I'd prefer we give Lukaku a run rather than spend 40-50 mil.

Bit late, but yeah, real confirms his exit.
