i love it, they raped all ais schools, only school that could give them a show were nudgee and they were in GPS so it didnt matter, i was at st petes and im fairly sure whenever we played them it looked like a mistake in the newsletter, you could have sworn it was cricket
In 03 we actually beat Ashgrove in firsts XV, but St Lawries knocked us off in the last round so we got 3rd on points diff.
i remember in my first two years at st peters we had like three australian schoolboys in our firsts and at that time we were pretty competitive, but after that all our sport went to crap and i think by the time i left even st patricks was beating us, was a little embaressed truth be told
Getting beaten by St Patricks is shameful. I'm pretty sure Eddies won the Volleyball like 5 years in a row and our whole team made the AIC side. But, like losing to Patties, that shouldn't be mentioned in public.
fairly sure i could have beaten pats by myself in cricket, (i think i actually remember doing something along those lines) But i think these days st peters are the new pats, although we are the only co-ed team in the comp so that is a bit unfair, the petes girls go preety good, particularly in netball and basketball, (whilst i was there at least), national champs on a couple of occasions IIRC
Yeah, Eddies won the national titles a few years in a row. But nobody really cared. All I know is I dominated the **** out of the AIC golf.
all i know is that in the end AIC is like tier two of brisbane schoolboys sport and that if i wanted to do anything with sport i should of gone to a GPS school
Should've been the result in the final itbt. looking forward to the new season considering how much stronger the Spartans are now.
