Adam Reynolds is without doubt one of the worst players to have played rep footy. Holy fucking shit he is woeful. Been saying it for years. More of his passes go to ground than any 7 I’ve seen. Pure kick merchant.

3 tries to nil and Souths had enough field position to score 20+. Great D from Easts but bloody hell Souths attack was diabolical.

Even Cook was rubbish with the pass for most of the night.

Greg Inglis - the million dollar decoy. lol it boggles my mind how you can use a player of his quality as either a battering ram or a decoy so often. Early ball in the 60 seconds and he makes 20m and breaks three tackles.

    Beyond comprehension...

He was poor in the first half, but absolutely despicable in the second half. Flack said to me on Facebook that it was the worst he had played and that was true, but I'd go further and say it was the worst 40 from a hooker all season.. including the stints Elijah Taylor and Ata Hingano had there (Thaiday was saved by at no stage actually playing an entire 40 there).

Remove 2 Origin players from your side

Don't kick any penalty goals or conversions

Play the second half with one of your halfback's arms tied behind his back.

Felt like a game of handicaps tonight.

Such a good defensive performance, what a way to send out the SFS. One of my all time favorites.

Should just be a mutual agreement between the 2 clubs to just let Friend and Slater play.

Fuck suspensions just let the two clubs put out their best 17s and let's figure out who the best side is on the night.

Friend will play unless by some ridiculous error they give him a grade 2. Neither tackle was particularly bad but Friend’s was definitely more dangerous, which makes this even more of a farce.

Neither of them should be missing a GF for these tackles.

The worst 2 teams to have in the comp, no idea who to support.

Slater doesn't deserve a suspension, but probably will be. This is all that cunts fault that died in QC

Something has to be said for Greg Inglis's propensity to duck his head in those instances, I know it won't be but fuck we've seen him do it a lot throughout his career.

Looks like Cronk has done his rotator cuff, usually a 1-2 month recovery time. Very little chance of playing.

I don't really think Easts can win without Cronk, especially if they play Matterson in the halves again. It's been so long since he was a half that he just has no idea what he's doing there anymore; he was completely useless when Keary was out. I'd just play O'Sullivan but I think I'd sooner move Radley there than play Matterson (assuming Radley isn't already starting hooker because of Friend's possible suspension, lol).

Yes, I did say that at the time. It’s a dangerous thing for him to do.

  14. Cribbage RG Cribb

I sometimes wonder whether he actually does it deliberately to get himself in a dangerous position and get the penalty. It'd be completely moronic but he never struck me as an intellectual heavyweight, so I wouldn't rule it out.

Friend grade 1. Early plea, free to play.

  16. Maroon_Faithful M Faithful

I don't see how Cronk can play. There's no point playing him at 70% fit. Never mind the potential for him to get a knock and really be fucked.

Meninga’s just said McLean is the premier prop in the game. Fittler said he was first picked for Origin.

What in god’s name do these cunts see in him. He is the the definition of mediocre as fuck.

We are such a funny game.

I remeber in 2010 when Simon Dwyer knocked JWH into next week. At the time admittedly being a biased Roosters fan I was like I'm sure that should be a penalty, he clearly hit him in the head with his shoulder.. I brought it up on a few forums and with mates and I was told nah you're just being soft, JWH lent into it, it was all his fault. So I rationalised it as I probably just saw it through my Roosters glasses and it was pretty rare to see a penalty given for head high contact with a shoulder at that point in time anyway so I wasn't that mad. Winning that game certainly helped with those salty tears.

Fast forward 10 years and I'm watching Danny Buderus, Mark Gasnier and Braith Anasta all players who were around in 2010 talking about how shoulder on shoulder contact between Slater and Feki shouldn't have only been a penalty but most definitely a sin bin and potentially a penalty try.

2 minues later they start talking about Braiths field goal from 2010 (same game as Dwyer's hit on JWH) and when Braith finishes jizzing all over himself they all talk about how great that Dwyer hit was on JWH.

Like WTF do you cunts have an opinnion or just conditioned to think like every other cunt in mainstream media to avoid being seen as 'controversial'

He can't add to 2 so I think it's safe to say he isn't the smartest player.

Apparently it’ll take a minor miracle for Cronk to play. Such a shame. You want to see the best 17 for both sides and I really wanted to see if Cronk could do exactly what they bought him for; to steer them to another premiership.

How hard must it be to get to a GF only to lose a critical spine player...can be a cruel game sometimes. I still give them a decent chance if Slater’s out but not if he’s there.
