    Yeah, awesome.

    Caught the first half when Spurs were on top, but missed the 2nd. :(

    Januzaj by the sounds of it shat on probably the best u21 team in the country this season. 5 goals in 2 games at OT in a week for Cole too.

    Janzuaj in 6 months has gone from U18 football to being too good for this level almost. Won't be surprised if he became a squad player in the 1st team next season.

    Ye, not like the U21's havn't been like 900 minutes without conceding before this tournament

    Ye, its a terrible in tournament performance, but the team was built up very well and worked well together. Some young players bottle it on the big stage, it's not all down to Pearce

    I don't think there was a single arsenal player in the u21 tournament for england


    If its just players who could class as u21 I think that undercuts utd and undercuts liverpool even though their bar is already quite high

    Unless its just English people eligible

    Then surely shelvey sterling Hendo wisdom Kelly etc are higher than wilshere and ox

    There are 3/4 categories of U21 players though.

    There's like of Joe Bennett for example who played the whole season for Villa, but was overlooked by Pearce for Jack Robinson.

    Then there is the likes of Welbeck, Jones, Wilshere and Chamberlain who were eligible for the U21 Euros but went with the senior squad instead.

    Then there were the likes of Shaw, Sterling, Mcmanaman etc.. who declared themselves injured.

    Then there were the players who went with the final squad which included some players playing regularly out on loan like say a Danny Rose at Sunderland from Spurs.


    Not sure how that stat categorizes each tbh. Seems to be randomly cobbled up.
