A major passion/interest of mine are football boots. all love to see whatas coming out soon, whos wearing what etc etc. Adidas Nitrocharge 1.0 is the new silo from Adidas. Martinez, De Rossi and Alves are the lead faces of it. expecting to see lots of midfielders wear this boot. Rodwell wore them at the weekend and they looked smart on the pitch. Also, new Colourway for Preds are out, they were everywhere on the weekend, and despite looking hideous in photos, actually on the pitch i think they look kinda cool
fuck they look shite. mid 2000s predators were good and tiempos. copa mundials, classic pumas also good.
Finally found myself a pair of boots that were less about colour/design and actually look like they might last me more than a season before breaking. Every year for about the past seven I've broken through the instep of my right boot in either a trial game or our first game of the season. I've got a pair of Adidas f30's that actually have an extra protective layer of plastic covering that seam, so all should be good. I nearly got the f50's but then I noticed the stupid plastic support at the back which would probably snap my stupidly weak ankle when I rolled it.
I always buy the best deal out of Asics or Blades at time of purchase both are good for my wide foot and save me from rolled ankles. Highly recommend Asics HG10 tigreor like what G.I wears they're gun. I also like Blades too currently just cracking a standard classic version but they're comfy and built out of kangaroo leather so they're durable and withstand forward play. Wouldn't be much chop in soccer cos they don't have a pointed toe really hectic which usuallu squash my outside toes
