Big fan of all Hans Zimmer movie soundtracks, i.e Inception, Batman, pretty certain he wrote some of the Pirates of the Caribbean, he wrote the stuff for the Lion King too. He;s done so many films, The Da Vinci Code, Gladiators, Angels & Demons, Sherlock Holmes, 12 Years a Slave, Superman: Man of Steel, the list goes on and on. Yann Tiersen is great too, but I have only heard his music to Amelie. John Williams is another obvious one (E.T, Star Wars, Harry Potter, Jurassic Park, Schindler's List, Home Alone, the orginal Superman, etc.). Hans Zimmer's list of films is just ridiculous. He has 164 accreditations as composer. John Williams has even more accreditations (as a whole) but only 154 as composer. Howard Shore is another great composer. He wrote the LOTR. http://www.imdb.com/name/nm0001877/ (Hans Zimmer films)
Honour Him, form Gladiators, is probably my favourite overall tbh. Although it's quite sad, I guess.<iframe width="560" height="315" src="//www.youtube.com/embed/IS7PgKFeQNM" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen=""></iframe>
