Don't think Ashwin's is that unrealistic. He'll average closer to 40 then 30 with the bat and closer to 25 then 30 with the ball imo

That doesn't mean he'd average 40 and 25 though, it'd mean he'd average what your worst batsman and worst bowler in your first XI average
I think the Ashwin prediction is fairly realistic. A little on the high side but I'd say he will be closer to 40/25 than 35/30.
