    They may have history, but trophies won >15 years ago mean give about 10% of the bragging rights a trophy in the last 15 years gives you.

    So you shouldnt boast that the majority of your trophies were won in that period

    Disagree all you want.
    If all teams in the premiership played their counterparts in a different country we would win the majority of thr games. The bottom of the prem is so much more competitive.

    Different style of football tbh. Premierleague is more physical, methodical. La-Liga is faster, more free flowing. It's hard to compare, that's why you shouldn't. The best way to make a genuine argument is one the Champions league.

    Champions league is only to do with the top clubs. England Dominated this for one. Yes barca won but we had 3 of the last 4. Which is a MASSIVE acomplishment.
    The reason for La liga being more fast moving in attack is because all their defensive lines play so far up all you need is a speed player and they break past defence.
    I can guarantee if you mixed the 2 leagues out of the top 20, at least 15 of them would be English

    Before 1992 it was called the European Champion Clubs' Cup

    It was only open to the champion of a country, meaning when liverpool were in it they never played against any other English team. Otherwise they would of choked and failed miserably. And it was a straight knock out, meaning luck could go your way and you could beat a much better opponant early on without facing them again

    Not only did it change name, its COMPLETELY changed format. Meaning it is a DIFFERENT TOURNAMENT.

    If you started playing the World Cup as a straight knock out from day one, no qualifiers, and changed its name to the World Champions Cup, it would cease to be the world cup.

    You probably wont understand the logic.

    Meaning you have won the Champions League once, and the Premier League 0 times.

    We have 18 league titles. Lots of ours have actually been in the past 15 ****ing years. We are good now, not back when you wernt ****ing born eds.

    European, not even champions league. We have 3 you have 5. Again Won within your lifetime, not back in the old days. History is exactly that, and not worth shit
