    What was the rule back then that he was eligible under?

    Test against France actually counted at the time of Incey's pick, rules were different. They changed about 4 hours after made that pick lol.

    Play a Test (had to be a Test, not just any old international) against anyone for GB or England. He'd played two Tests against France when he got picked.
