    Switch Dafter and Laing imo. IIRC, Dafter gunned in in the middle order just last round for the StinkGays, and Laing hasn't batted anywhere apart from opener.

    It won't be me picking the side, Callum will. I'd rather have our bestt batsmen in thier best positions though.

    My brother has been moved to 6 or 7 in ALC too IIRC. I'll post the team I would name if it was right now, presuming no McGrath. I will include me though (although I should play against Vic :p).

    1. E Ames
    2. C McGregor
    3. RK Fittaman
    4. RW Raine
    5. M Deane (5/6)
    6. JEM Logan (4)
    7. AJ Laing
    8. C Laing (3)
    9. HJ Hebditch (5/6)
    10. LCJ Woodward (2)
    11. JH Ridd (1)

    Ridd and Woodward would definitely be the opening and Marcuss would be ahead of Golding, as the spinner, cause their bowling is really nothing much between them but Marcuss's batting is superior. Logan is joint second on most wickets taken and has scored a fair few runs too. Wells is pretty unlucky to miss out cause he has scored good runs but does not having enough bowling under his belt and I believe Hebditch at 9 providing extra bowling strength would be good. The pure batsman pretty much pick themselves for me. Not to sound cocky but I also pretty much pick myself too in this side too. For the keepers it will really be who has the best record.
    Dafter would not feature in my side unless he scores more runs in ALC. Yeah he got a good 63 in BS but that was one innings and he hasnt done that well in the ALC.

    The likelyhood is you will bowl 5 (if thats what you're talking about) cause I think having our only spinner bowling 6 would be pointless.

    Well I would aim to keep people in their preferred position where possible, that is why I am batting 8 bowling 3, but I dunno I might move me up the order a bit.

    Deane & Logan are batting all rounders IIRC, whereas Laing is pure.

    Cause he is a wicket keeper. They are both batting allrounders and he appears to be batting at 7 for the Kings now so why not? He is not going to bat in the top 4 for us. Marcuss and Logan have been successful in that middle order so would rather not move them. Alex (Laing) hardly has a great record that means he should be getting moved to suit him.
