I thought this could be interesting. Knowing how the simulator works including different sides, combinations, defensive partnerships etc, what does everyone think would actually be the strongest side imaginable?
The Qld team with Gallen, Bird and Watmough making up the backrow. Play with Cam organising the team and split the sides up.
I'll have a quick go at it. It'll probably change heaps if I think about it properly though. 1. Hunt 2. Folau 3. Cooper 4. Inglis 5. Hayne 6. Thurston 7. Kimmorley (o) 8. Civo 9. Smith 10. Price 11. Watmough 12. Gallen 13. Lewis 14. Ryles 15. Laffranchi 16. SBW 17. Wing Alternatively you could make Smith the organiser and go with Lockyer or Marshall in Kimmorley's place.
Cooper is the best defensive centre in the game. His attacking skills always get under-rated because of the emphasis people put on his defence to he's still good enough in attack to be in the mix for rep footy even if he wasn't such a great defender.
Unless you're using Laffranchi in the front row you might be a touch short up front with that bench however I reckon. I'd play Douglas instead of SBW tbh
I went a front rower, a back rower and someone who could play both, on the bench. Along with someone who could play lock and hooker. I think Laffranchi's the best bloke around if you want someone to play a bit of second row and a bit of prop in this tbh. There's also Gallen who could play prop in a pinch.
You could Cam Smith at hooker with Thurston and Benji in the halves. Tbh, Farah at hooker with Kimmorley/Thurston would be just as effective, or at least should be.
