Fuck off Vimes, I wanted to start this thread.

And I can't hate a side with Toni Kroos.

For every Kroos there's a Uli Hoeneß

I run this football club to be the best in the world and it's so unfair that we don't win every competition

Does anyone still think the Prem is better than the Bundesliga? Surely the best league in the world.

What's more, tickets are somewhere around League One prices, they have standing areas and you can drink while you watch.

Couple this with no speed limit on the motorway and its one awesome country. Good job my stag do is there in August.

In terms of all round product, it has no equal in Europe.

  9. Furball G Furball

Oh, and your ticket price also includes transport from the city centre to the ground.

The way I see it there are two measures you can use. Either the league with the best sides or the most exciting and competitive league. So your choices are Bundesliga and League One

If its in terms of pure football then its the prem

If you take in everything else, ticket pricing, fan activity, wages, just the all round product to your standard german who wants to see football, then it is far and above

The thing Germanys not got going for it is that because its got such a strong central structure and most of the best players actually being German. Every good German youngster wants to play for one team, when they're growing up they know the pinacle of their career would be to play for Bayern

There will only ever be a certain level of how competitive the league will be able to get to. And people might say we have a problem with competitiveness over here, but theres no way in a million years we'd be able to hand pick someone like Wilshere out of Arsenals team

  12. Furball G Furball

Of course you would. You got van Persie last season for fuck sake.

  13. PienaarColada DH Mulray

The German obsession is boring. The good thing is it'll all die away soon.

Did you even read the post or are you just saying retarded shit on purpose now.

Indeed. PSG and Lyon/Marseille to make a good run next season in CL. Every knee jerker to wank about France. :p

" Every good German youngster wants to play for one team, when they're growing up they know the pinacle of their career would be to play for Bayern"

Then went on to compare his to Wilshere, an English young players whose come through a top 4 acadamy while still challenging for the top and saying due to our clubs competitiveness we wouldn't be able to take such a player from Arsenal

So you've countered with a non English aging player who didn't come through the acadamy who wanted to leave anyway. Great stuff

Will have a party if St Pauli get relegated.

Shittest, most overrated club in all of Germany

As if Wilshere (or anyone) would turn down Man Utd.

If Arsenal had won last 2 league titles, pretty sure he would tbh. Still might for a fair a few years.

Actually, if we had a chance to sign him this year we'd make a move no doubt.
