  1. Chewie JA Chewie

I want all Heef's associate players to do well

    18. Michael Hogan

    Squad Depth: B+

Last team to be reviewed is Skippos' squad. It's decent. The openers are a bit ehh but the middle order looks as solid as a rock. Bowling is good. Middle of the pack material this though there is a chance that Labuschagne scoring more runs than God since he was picked might make him stupidly h4x enough to carry this team to the top 8.

Best Pick: Gabe Bell - R14
Morgs on Bell: Pretty nice pick. Like a few Aussie medium-pacers is a bit in and out of his domestic team but his stats are still good and should be handy here.
    Cribb's Best Pick: Bilal Asif - R10
Morgs on Bilal Asif : Without his Test performances this wouldn't be a great pick, but he did rather well in those apperances that I'm surprised he hasn't got a better crack at did. Did well in the most recent domestic season too on utter roads.
    Worst Pick: Oshada Fernando
Morgs on Oshada: Hmmm....his FC record isn't all that special, his Test career also hasn't been very long. Probably would've gone a couple of other options at this point I think before BOP.

Bell was an unsexy pick but there is no way in hell he should have slid to R14. Same could be said about Bilal and R10, but I (apparently, Cribb reminded me just now) told you to pick him. So I guess I'll pat myself on he back for that one too?

While I appreciate the ballsy move of picking an opening pair as a double pick. Oshada was too early so yeah. Not ideal.

Likely to be a machine at home and fairly competitive away. I can't wait till I rock up to The Accumulators with two better spinners than you and just ruin your whole day.

  3. HeathDavisSpeed HT Davis

Garg was a little more of a cynical pick in that I have no interest in him, just that he has the potential to be a high value retention. Other than Steve Smith (the obvious and deserved first pick for the point you make) and perhaps Bess and Mitchell, I've picked a squad I like.

  4. Athlai JJD Heads

I also picked Papps r18 for the possibility of a high value retention.

I actually answered with "Anshy Rath" for Heath best pick. I think I said something like "Nauman also a great pick" later in the same discussion so I can see why it ended up being listed as that, but I really wanted it to be known that Rath was good.

I assumed that was some kind of typing error as those letters together don’t appear to form a name

  7. MrPrez CM Dyer

I was planning on sneaking him in as a back-up keeper in the later rounds as I thought it'd only be Stephen who really rated him.

He's had a poor second season as Stephen said but I rate him as a late pick who could be a gem in the next CPL as a retainee.

  8. Arheiner SIA Yates

I also want to see Heef's associates do well, but mostly for the popcorn as season 2 inevitably overpicks associates with many many spuds.

Granny Smashers is the best team name. A+
