    It's not exclusion of white players, it's choosing to allow the Indigenous Allstars represent the country. There's a distinct difference.

    This. I'd be the same as picking an all-Italian heritage team to play, or an all-Anglo team to play. It's not black vs. white, people just seem to think this.

    The indigenous players love to play with each other and said they'd like to do it more often, so the AFL has let them represent the code.

    If an all-whatever team said the same it'd be no different.

    So you'd have no problems with a 'european descendents' team or an 'anglo-saxon team' or a 'descended from the convicts' team. as an indigenous team is just as inclusive and exclusive as all of them without being black and white.

    deadset if someone suggested an all anglo team go over we would get this
