    Despite being a blue it was really good to see Inglis stand up and lead from the front last night. I was afraid of how well he might play once given the captaincy, as per usual though they didn't try and get him one on one anywhere near enough.

    Yeah there's no need to have Frizzell up front even with the team they've picked. Five middle third guys in the side, two of them regularly play 80 at club level, really no need to stick Frizzell in there at any stage of the game.

    I'd like to see Jake start at prop at one of Klemmer or RCG benched, just to avoid the situation we had when they were both off.

    I think its imperative to have a couple of big bodies out there for the early exchanges. Having only one genuine prop out there strikes me as putting too much on one guys shoulder. I rate trbojivic and think he'd be fine starting at prop if you had a Tarig Sims at second row/Gallen at lock or at the very least a Mansour/Ferguson or similar on a wing to help bring it out of their own end with a bit of oomph, the support just isn't quite there though between the wingers, Cordner, Frizz and JDB to get over the advantage line in those really tight tough physical sets early.

    But having said that it makes it pretty hard to manage the bench from there. I guess I'd be advocating for a short starting stint from Klemmer of 12 minutes, with him coming back on for the final 10 of the half for RCG. Klem+Trbjovic first 15 of second half, RCG klem switch again, then Klem for Trbjovic or JDB for the final 10.

    OUr guys just gassed themselves. Putting on hits then having the next 2-3 blokes having to make the 2nd efforts pretty much triples the amount of collective energy spent on 1 tackle. And it was happening at least 3-4 times a set.

    The defence was horrible. The way Tedesco broke tackles with ease was disgraceful. 2 linebreaks he made were from piss poor tackles. I can't get over how fucking horrible Chambers was, I'd consider dropping him he was that bad.

    The defence was awful. Count the number of tackles we maxed (ball carrier on back) compared to fronts, knees and elbows, standing tackles... It was like watching a mediocre club side defend. Tedesco, Cook etc. we’re always going to thrive off that because our line is either still retreating, or static and not moving up.

    That’s before you even look at all the simple misses.

    Kaufusi was second man in on Cook who was obviously looking to offload, didn’t attempt to wrap the ball up, he offloads and then Kaufusi misses Tedesco when there was really nothing doing. There were way too many instances like this.

    There’s no point racing out of the line and hitting hard if the rest of the set we allow quick play-the-balls. As has been said, it just culminates in wasted energy. And it did. We were gassed.

    Rothfield at it again saying this is the start of NSW origin dominance. Cunt obviously didn't learn his lesson last year when he was on NRL 360 after origin 1 talking with Kent about how NSW will probably equal QLD's record etc etc.

    He's an outright assault on all the senses and should be put in a home.

    Jarrod Wallace has got to be close to the worst Origin prop of all time so far. 3 games, and I doubt he even has 10 runs between them.
    Scott has been shit for the Cowboys, but you've gotta bring him back in for Wallace or Hess.

    I think Arrow has to start too, he's not an impact player. That would get McGuire out of lock as well, I dunno why they pass it to him so often on the 4th, but he can't really do anything but run.
