Hannant will and should make a return imo.

I think he should too. I don't see why we should think he will though. I mean unless there's an injury, who do you see Meninga dropping?

  4. Andato BJT Manera

No one will be dropped, especially if Gallen is out as they won't be too worried by NSW's pack.

  5. Old Mate M Perry

It's not someone who really deserves to be dropped but I'd say Papalli, I feel like the only real reason Hannant wasn't chosen was because of the shit Thaiday said.

  6. Maroon_Faithful M Faithful

I really can't see that happening.

Mal said Hannant never really even came into consideration for Game II. I actually don't think it had that much to do with injury. I think he's convinced about this mobility strategy. I mean he didn't put Shillo on the bench. He dropped him entirely which sort of suggests he didn't think there was room for a big man on the bench with Papalii playing middle third.

pretty big call to say Gallen is out already. I'd say he will be there IMO

  10. Alec AD Funkotron

Yeah, it's r(o)idiculous to write him off.

  11. SM MD Dorn

haha yeah. Horse DNA to the rescue

The preponderance of evidence suggests to the contrary.

  13. SM MD Dorn

we will see about your preponderance

I'd hope Hannant/ McGuire would come in for Teo but it won't happen.

  16. Magic AJ Parker

If Hannant comes in and Hayne doesn't play fullback Qld have this series sown up.

    And visa versa.

    I'd prefer Shillington to Hannant.

  18. Maroon_Faithful M Faithful

Going to be interesting then isn't it? Neither of those are going to happen IMO.

  19. Ged GEC King

Really? I've never really rated Shillington. His defence just isn't that much chop imo.

I'd lean towards Hannant because he usually is a gun off the bench, however, he does give away lazy penalties quite regularly.
