Yeah I agree, but it's good to give them a proper pathway. Ideally they'd set up a massive catchment grade comp with teams from all over NSW country but the travel times just make that a bit unrealistic, so it'd have to be centralised in Canberra.

Wonder if they'll change the name of the NSW team in any comps this new side plays in. Probably not but they should. Unfair to claim you're representing the whole state if you're not.

I'm devastated to see Soliola leaving St Helens. As was the case before he left Sydney, he is a tremendously talented edge forward. He has some deficiencies but he is an aggressive defender, has run roughshod over teams and has been a real catalyst for St Helens over the last few years. The issue with Soliola is that Canberra will need to use him properly. He isn't going to work as a link-man or being forced to work through the middle; however, he will be perfectly suited as an impact player targeting the fringes.

Unfortunately, I know less about Josh Hodgson. From what I understand, he has developed very rapidly over the last 2 years, a period of time where I've struggled to see much rugby league at all. But from what I have seen, he is a promising prospect and I think he'd adapt well to the NRL. He plays with a lot of intensity and has developed into quite a smart ball-player around the ruck.

      Cutting Players
A player who has signed for a team must remain at that team for a minimum of 2 weeks before they can be Cut. This is after a 3 day cooling off period during which they may be Cut.
Players can be cut and recruited an unlimited number of times and a club may re-recruit a previously cut player (for the same amount as previously recruited or higher) though they will have to go through the negotiations again.

Puts you over. I offered a trade for peats and hannant. That makes it work. Dunno if you have peats in your 17 tho.

That trade will put you over the cap.

Hey, just realised I made a typo in the golfsim rego thread. You should have 30 points to spend on skills, not 20. Feel free to go ahead and edit your post.

Unlikely. I already have a lot of forward depth and my half depth isn't that great given who I've got in the centres.

Serves you right for outbidding me on Thaiday, ultimately leading to me going SBW and ruining by cap.

I'd gladly take Tolman off your hands but I feel you won't be so reluctant.

Bugger. When a number of my forwards bids fell through I then threw the book at SBW so my cap space is rather tight. Has screwed me over with the backend bids.

I've got 750k to spend on 5 blokes. How much did you pay for Hannant?

I can work the cash I reckon.

I'm a bit short on FBs only issue I see with losing Zillman. Would a hooker half cover and an outside back work for you? Ie. Ray Thompson and an outside back?

Chigumbura's pretty good at T20 cricket, don't know about the tail starting with him. You don't want to leave him too many runs to get that, more adept at 20 (7) than anything.
