This award is for quite simply the most valuable player for Season 1. Everyone collects points every week from the Overall Rating for each game. Every Round is included in the counting. In the unlikely event that there is a tie the winner will be the player who has the highest individual Round score(s). i.e Player A has two rounds where he got an overall rating of 9, Player B has one. Player A would win. There will be a Gold, Silver and Bronze winner for these. Current Standings Ben Jacobs (GK) - 25.5 Brett Gemmell - 24.5 Benny Read (C) - 24 Kelvin Fung (PM) - 24 Aaron O'Neill - 23.5 Rusty Downpipes - 23 Steve Cambridge - 21.5 Morgz Burridge - 21.5 Simon Laing - 21 Mate Perry (PM) - 21 James Hughes (GK) - 21 Luke Pilgrim - 20.5 Andrew James - 20.5 Heef - 18.5 Aaron Hunt - 17.5 Karwin Rogers - 15.5 Benji El Masri - 7 Zohaib Ikram - 6
Gemmell and Jacobs take an early slight lead in the Andrew Johns Medal. Only 1 point behind is the chasing pack of O'Neill, Read and Downpipes and Fung. Round 3 could be decisive.
Will update this soon. The previous scoring method was a little OTT. Shall work out 3 - 2 - 1 points for the other two matches and update.
Yeah good point I'll stop being a lazy cunt and do it the long way it's much better at representing the performances of players. Round 4 ratings are done in the thread now.
Standings after Round 4 vs Cowboys Ben Jacobs (GK) - 25.5 Brett Gemmell - 24.5 Benny Read (C) - 24 Kelvin Fung (PM) - 24 Aaron O'Neill - 23.5 Rusty Downpipes - 23 Steve Cambridge - 21.5 Morgz Burridge - 21.5 Simon Laing - 21 Mate Perry (PM) - 21 James Hughes (GK) - 21 Luke Pilgrim - 20.5 Andrew James - 20.5 Heef - 18.5 Aaron Hunt - 17.5 Karwin Rogers - 15.5 Benji El Masri - 7 Zohaib Ikram - 6 Ben Jacobs breaks loose in the lead after yet another masterful performance against the Cowboys. Gemmell holds onto second after a solid performance however Kelvin Fung and Benny Read inched closer and are now only one point behind the giant lock forward. Other big movers for the round were Andrew James and James Hughes who both shone against the Cowboys after swapping positions in the lineup and Jack Gibson is sure to continue this swap you would feel after both players were at their damaging best this round.
