Smith's gunness is a good pointer to how naturally talented he is at OD cricket (ie. OD random skill offset) as such, but playing well doesn't make you more gun in the future like it does in the BS/ALC. It's just to be used as an indicator. If you think Smith's form was a byproduct of his activity and that his activity would now be poor, then you're quite justified in leaving him out.

Bit like how New Zealand only pick Mark Gillespie when he's fully fit, firing and bowling at 145km/hr. Smith's been a bit lazy this offseason and isn't in the best rhythm.

Blunder wasn't even playing. Eggman and Fiery opened the bowling + bowled at the death. Weaver bowled middle overs with Frizzed and Nova.

Weaver was your best pace bowler because he came on first change and bowled out his 10 in a row lol.

Yeah. Avoid it if at possible. Not only will Gazza not be at his best bowling at the death, but trying to bowl Blunder or Eggman in the middle overs would be a disaster.

Worked well last season, dunno why you wanted to change it.
