    Haha yeah I could've been ridiculous and named Watts, Fensom, Mogg etc etc but I tried to have a serious guess and what he'd pick.

    He probably won't pick that many specialist halves. He'd pick Friend or Watts instead of Kimmorley or Cronk if they'd played Origin IMO.

    Yeah, I considered him. Ending up going with Lewis because he's more versatile (and I don't just mean he can play different positions). Could be a good bench option though.

    Mine. I don't think MF will pick Taylor. He loves his Queenslanders but he loves his defenders too. And he loves Mason and Kite.

    I'd love to know what Watmough has done to earn an Australian jersey. Had an ordinary Origin series and has clearly gone downhill in club football. Mason has proven to be a far better impact player at all levels. Gallen and Watmough in the same team is ridiculous IMO.

    Hayne shouldn't be on the tour afaic. If Slater gets injured, I'll take Boyd at fullback, thanks very much. I don't want him anywhere near my wings.

    I would want a massive pack to play NZ, hence the extra props.

    I went with Gordon because I know you don't like Morris, and Gordon played well in Origin III. You love your Origin specialists. :p

    I was pretty close. Didn't think you'd pick Prince over Kimmorley though.

    Nah, the squad looks fair enough to me. The only thing I disagree with is you picking Prince over Cronk if Thurston is fit.

    The problem with Scott Prince (and I might be the only one who thinks this) is that he plays in a very particular style of attack with the Titans, and I've never seen him do well when he had to adjust it (whether for the Tits or the Tiggers). And he will have to adjust it if he plays for anyone other than the Tits.

    Agreed. Cronk is my second in line if Thurston gets injured. If Lockyer gets injured, I'd move Thurston to 6 and Cronk to 7. Prince is last resort and rightly so IMO, given his very ordinary rep performances over the last 5 years.
