*Official* All Blacks Thread

Phew put quite a bit of dosh on the over 50.5 total, got home easily

 

Odds are the same as the last time after the match for the 3rd one (-18.5) - it's not quite as enticing yet (and no that's not because we only won by 14 last night). I just reckon now that we've won the series, Hansen could give some of the other blokes a run and if that's the case, the handicap will drop slightly imo. Either way the ABs should comfortably win.

 

Well with this being the last test and having the series wrapped up we knew there'd be some squad changes but I wasn't expecting this many. Glad to see Barrett starting, he really needs to play out of his skin or he'll forever be a benchy. Tad disappointed Ardie is out all together at the expense of Dixon, I'd have liked to see him get a start over Cane. Starting Moala at 13 is awesome, we really need to explore options outside Fekitoa because he's pretty average imo. A shame Ngatai didn't come right as I do feel he'd probably secure the centre spot but do need to explore our depth. Moala has been good in previous years at Super/ NPC and has the ability to play wing.

Also not surprised McKenzie didn't get a game this series, probably just wanted him in the environment to check him out and get him into the culture. Really still on the fence with him, I reckon he'll flop so I'm glad they're taking time with him.

All pretty standard AB squad released just now. McKenzie dropped which doesn't really surprise me. He'd have been there for the environment factor in the Wales series. Glad Moala's been picked.

 

Barrett at 10 was a no brainier really. Needs to cement his spot this time. Glad to see Naholo move back out to 11 - we need a backup 11 for once, Savea can prove himself off the bench.

Ardie maybe a little hard done by but that's to be expected - so much investment into Cane, ABs don't want to admit it's failed as such. Ardie will be immense off the bench.

Gutted Moala injured himself, was a definite starter for me. Fekitoa has been a bit meh this year.

 

Needs to work on his defence something chronic. Like I said I'm glad he didn't play against Wales as reckon he would have flopped.

 

Tackled at only 70℅ in Super Rugby and turned the ball over a whopping 45 times, like 3 times the amount of any other fullback let alone player.

He's the Matt Faddes of Fullback really.
