Surely hef doing it would be better than no one doing it?

How many times a week for tennis and badminton? I rarely trained more than once during my tennis playing days.

    Also, lol badminton

Agreed, any simmage is better than no simmage, don't care who is running it tbh!

During the summer I have tennis about 3 days a week and then add gameday which makes it 4 days a week. Badminton there's one practice day and then gameday but if I decide to trial for my region's U17 team and get in that then it will be even more.

In the winter I have tennis twice a week but that's when I have badminton as well.

Badminton is really enjoyable, extremely fast paced, a lot more running than tennis.

    Was about to post this.

By the way Rego, why wasting your time playing so much tennis, you're obviously not going to go anywhere?

Playing tennis isn't a waste of my time. I enjoy it, it keeps me fit and I meet new people.

It depends what you mean by "go anywhere" if you mean turn pro then you're right I probably won't turn pro. Just because I won't turn pro it doesn't mean I can't do something I enjoy. Just like anything, garage bands, just a friendly game of footy, fishing, cycling, running etc.

    I enjoy it.

Fair enough. I took my tennis to the next level in the last 12 months by pretty much not training and just going gym and training for footy. Worked a treat.
I mean come on, you play with a shuttle cock ffs.

And disagree with the second comment even though I didn't quote it. If you're going to play sport, be good at it and not a shunt. Keeps you fit too.

I hated the cunts at my tennis club. Only liked 2 or 3 of the blokes I played with. Got on with most others, but didn't speak to then outside of tennis.

I'm good at tennis and badminton....

I'm the number 1 in our tennis team which is in Div 1. I'm good but not pro worthy or anything. There's very few people that are.

Also good at badminton it's hard to compare between the sports what I'm better at but I'd say my win/ loss ratio would be better for badminton. The team I'm in is with a bunch of mates and we're really good. We made the division finals, won that and went on to play in the regional finals. We lost that (I won my game) but we were only one step short of being the best in the region at our level. I also won a sports award for badminton which was nice. You can hardly say I suck at the sports I play.

Difference between badminton and tennis is I play tennis for a club and badminton for the school.
